      This unit was exactly as described however due to negligence by USPS and the way it was packaged, it arrived damaged. The unit was double wrapped with strong bubble wrap, however, it was not put in a box but a bag. Putting it in a box somewhat larger than the item along with additional packaging between it and the box likely would have saved it. The bottom line is the seller refunded me completely without hesitation. I would definitely recommend this seller and would buy from them again. A+
