    Amazing Bible

    A beautiful edition of The Gospels. So many beautiful features of this bible. The layout is superb, the one column which makes it easier to read. No footnotes or tiny print or squinting to see what's going on. The essays from the authors and theologians, as well as the bishop himself, enhance the reading experience.

    This is a beautifully presented book. Having interesting explanations of the texts on the same page helps have a deeper understanding of the Gospels. Bishop Barron writes and researches thoroughly using a wide range of texts from respected theologians. The reproduced classic paintings are a feast for the eyes and soul, illustrating events in the life of the Christ. The print is easy enough to read and different fonts are used so that you distinguish the biblical text from the commentaries easily. The paper is not too thin and feels like it will last many many years of use.
