    I bought some second hand clubs for my son. He was delighted when they arrived, well packaged and a day earlier than promised. The were great value and arrived as described. Shortly after trying them, there was a problem with the putter shaft and it snapped. We contacted Tracy and she was happy to either try to replace the putter or give a partial refund.
