    The listing was for an HP Laptop 15.6" in "opened but not used condition" I received a well packaged but used laptop and so I did not want to keep it. Looking at the seller's feedback for laptops, once more the seller had not sent what had been listed. It looks as though there are problems with about half of the sellers Laptop sales. Eventually the FOC return was processed and the full refund received which was to the seller's credit but the process wasted 14 days which was not good.

    Fantastic item. Came very well packaged. The original camera didn’t work, but the seller was amazing and arranged for another complete unit to be sent, and arranged collection of the faulty one. Excellent communications from the seller, keeping us updated at all stages. The replacement worked first time. I’d happily buy from this seller again. I’d recommend this product for amateur back garden bird watchers.
