    DONT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! Decided to send my delicate electronic device in an unprotected USPS envelope. Maybe to save money? Who knows, but now I need to hope it wasn't damaged in transit. I would highly advise against buying from this seller if you value the item you're purchasing, as the possibility of saving a couple of bucks for the seller may supercede the importance of your items condition and functionality upon arrival.

    I've sold hundreds of these docks in the same Priority Mail Envelope, wrapped in cardboard with extra cardboard padding, exactly like your was. If there is any damage, it can be returned per eBay's policy.

    Love it, does everything it claimed.

    Love this product. This is my second Eccobee thermostat. I love the remote sensor so that we're targeting the room actually used, not the hallway. On this second unit, I did not need the remote sensor. First existing thermostat did not have a c wire, this one did. Kit installed seamlessly. Both mapped to my phone easily. I like knowing that it will notify me if there's a system failure that leads to an extreme temp beyond my boundaries set.

    Works, but was def. Used and installed.

    The unit is working, 2 hours from our installing it, however it was DEF. used, and even programmed for scheduling...2 or 3 days worth with sensors activated and one even named.. So not so much a "open box, partial mount" but rather "used" condition. There is also a pc of tape that has left a goo directly on the touch pad...attempting to find something to remove it that wont ruin touch sensor. However it is working.

    Sleek Look and Easy Set-up (once installed)

    The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because it's springtime in San Diego, and Ecobee hasn't really had to work yet, so I haven't seen the product truly tested. Once installed, the digital set-up is quite smooth and walks you through the process step-by-step. The installation itself should have been easy (simply removing wires from the old thermostat and connecting them to the new. Unfortunately, this did not go as planned for me. In the transfer process, the fuse burned out in my thermostat (unkbenownst to me). As such, a week's worth of troubleshoot ensued (including ecobee support, an electrician, and an HVAC company). This really wasn't the fault of the Ecobee company; it came down to me not wanting to climb up into my attic to unplug the furnace simply to transfer a couple ...

    ECOBEE Saved Our HVAC System ( Works with SIRI on our watches/TV/computer/phones and our Alexa's!)

    This thing is amazing and has changed our HVAC system entirely. We use to have a problem where our AC would come on and turn off all day long, and never really get cool enough in certain rooms in our house. This was caused by the location of our traditional thermostat.. there is a vent near it that triggered it to come on and then turn off. Now, with the ecobee, and its included auxiliary sensor, the hvac system stays on long enough to cool down the entire house, but turns off when we bring the sensor into our "icebox" bedroom. Now we enjoy the right temprature all the time, without our system kicking on and turning off all day long. Bonus, it is SUPER SMART. It works with apple homekit (siri), our alexa devices, our apple TV my apple watch... EVERYTHING) I'm so glad we went with ...

    Great Thermostat, Neat Features

    This is a great Smart thermostat and easy to install for those that are somewhat handy. The illustrations and instructions cover just about any method for learning preferences - videos, booklet instructions, even a helpline. The additional sensor can be used to try and average out your house temperature or just indicate a temperature in a different room. App for Ecobee is super intuitive and didn’t require much to learn.
