If the laser tube is damaged due to transportation and the quality of the laser tube itself, we will compensate. If the tube is damaged due to human error, we will not compensate, hope you can understand. We have been unable to contact you after the return was opened, and the laser tube was unusable due to human error, we have to issue a full refund. We are sorry that this order did not satisfy you.
