This is an excellent brand of melatonin and a perfect dose. It works quickly and is a three month supply. Recently I purchased a 30 day supply from Walgreens for the same amount of money and like other brands I have tried ...did nothing for me! I used to get the expensive melatonin at Walmart, but would only last me for a month. 60tablets doesn't go far when you depend on melatonin to sleep. Restful, non groggy sleep
