I APPRECIATE THE WAY THE PRODUCT IS "MANUFACTURED". THAT IS ONE REASON I CHOSE THE PRODUCT. I WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED THAT I HAVEN'T SEEN A CHANGE IN THE LOOK AND FEEL OF MY SKIN. These pills are large gel caps and you are to take 4 a day. To me this is a bit much. Also, they should be taken with meals, but you still get those "burps" with a fish taste. These are of good quality I believe, but I definitely would not order them again
