    Unfortunately the product did not work with the DVDs I used it with. However the customer service was very good and various options were offered, including a refund which I chose.

    Works on over 90% of discs with loading/skipping errors, but unfortunately if the data underneath the protective coating of a disc has become corrupt (which I suspect was the case with the DVD's you tried it on), then there’s no product that can repair it.
