We make every effort to list items accurately and honestly. Please see our feedback and bid with confidence.
 
PAYMENT & POSTAGE
For delivery addresses within the UK, items are usually posted by Royal Mail. We post every week day except Sundays and normally consign items within one working day of receipt of payment. Paid orders received before 0900 hours are normally despatched on the same day. Since we are based on an offshore Scottish island, there may be occasional weather based ferry service interruptions which will affect our postal service, which is obviously outside our control!
 
The service used depends on the weight and value of the item you are purchasing. We normally list items with 2nd class postage as the lower cost option but if you require faster delivery, please select 1st Class or request Special Delivery service if offered when making payment. Our postage charges include reasonable packaging costs.

UK destinations - Light weight & small items
1st or 2nd Class Letter Post or Packet Service
 
UK destinations - Larger & heavy items
Royal Mail Special Delivery, Parcel Force or Royal Mail Standard Parcel service
 
European & Worldwide consignments
Royal Mail Air Packet Service or DHL or similar courier service
 
Very heavy items are usually sent by carrier and we will advise you of delivery arrangments.
 
INSURANCE
Smaller value consignments are covered by Royal Mail standard compensation rules. Higher value items may be insured on request. Items sent by airmail may be insured specifically upon request and we will advise you any extra cahrges prior to despatch.

Guarantee/Returns - All new items for sale come with a full manufacturer’s warranty. If a product develops a fault, or it is received damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible to resolve the situation.
 
All items are covered by a 7 day money back guarantee from the day of receipt.
You may return a product for a refund (less any carriage charges) if you decide it is not suitable, providing it is returned in its original condition and in the original packaging. In this situation, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the product to us. As we cannot be responsible for damage caused in transit, we strongly recommend that you use an insured delivery service.
