Livestock deliveries will be made via Royal Mail Special Delivery service. This is a special service which is designed to ensure that your corals and livestock arrives to you just as it left us, healthy and happy. We use food standard insulated boxes, we also add heat packs to your box when the weather is colder.

Although we make every effort to ensure the well being of our corals and livestock during transportation, fatalities can occasionally happen. If any coral or livestock is found to be dead on arrival please inform us immediately, but not later than 4 hours after receiving the package. Any longer than this and we will be unable to offer you a replacement or credit. Please note the following conditions:-

1/ We will need photographic evidence of the coral or livestock that arrives DOA in the original unopened bag.

2/ Our Live Arrival Guarantee does not cover the shipping cost and a full credit of the coral(s) ONLY will be offered towards a future purchase or coral(s) or mobile inverts but credit cannot be used toward the shipping/delivery charge. If we have a like for like replacement available you would need to pay for shipping on any coral exchanges.

3/ We do NOT offer any alive guarantee for items shipped OUTSIDE of mainland UK, all orders posted or shipped outside of mainland UK are shipped at the buyers risk. This includes Northern Ireland.

Fantastic stuff
I always rely on Cloverleaf Blanket Answer to get rid of the dreaded blanket weed on an annual basis. My family all use this and although I have tried alternative treatments I always come back to this. It's easy to use, just sprinkle on or mix in a watering can and add around your pond. It will go a little milky but after a few days will clear. You can leave your filter system running including your uv. You may need to clean your filters a bit more often over the next couple of weeks as the weed dies off. This stuff has never had any adverse effects to my fish or plants. I used a little I had left from a previous application and made it up to the recommended dose. Subsequently I used the rest of the 800 gm tub and if anything, the amount of blanket weed had increased. I am reluctant to take it out manually because of the presence of tadpoles, name of which would be removed with it.This is the second, perhaps third time I have bought this product. That suggests it has worked in the past but not this time. I used a little I had left from a previous application and made it up to the recommended dose. Subsequently I used the rest of the 800 gm tub and if anything, the amount of blanket weed had increased. I keep Koi carp and also Golden Rudd in a large pond treat it every year with Cloverleaf Blanket Answer. I have discovered through trial and error with other similar products over quite a few years that this is a fish friendly product and provided you follow the specific instructions provided by Cloverleaf on the tub it works efficiently and is safe to use.
