    The washing up bowl arrived damaged, and though I asked for a refund the seller offered a replacement. Once accepted that I required a full refund, that communication and monies returned was very quick. The quality of the bowl did not match the description- the bowl was flimsy and weak plastic, not heavy duty as described. Packaging of just a plastic postal bag totally unsuitable for been passed through UK postal systems or chucked in and out of delivery vehicles.

    So good I bought another ....

    to leave at my daughter's for when I visit. Add a Finum infuser and it's perfect. The teapot itself stays cool enough to handle but be careful of the knob and the spout - they get very hot! By using this teapot with the Finum infuser with loose tea it works better than the Bodum with the built-in infuser. Can be washed in the dishwasher. I use my pot several times a day and it still looks like new. Very good value compared to other double walled teapots.

    Not good design, but well made.

    Using loose tea, the tea leaves clog the internal strainer, and block the pouring. The lid is only single skin and the lid knob gets hot. If you want to add more water or unblock the internal strainer, the lid is difficult to remove.

    It is amazing, we have been using our current Sabachi Double Wall teapot for over 5 years and I only bought a second 'just in case' it keeps the tea lovely and warm... would highly recommend it.

    double walled and good styling.

    The teapot is a nice size and very stylish. It pours nicely with no dribbles. As its doublewalled it also brews quicker and stays hot longer. A very worthwhile purchase.
