Contacted seller he said to return the item which I did at a postal cost £4.25. The seller sent me a total refund of £7.59. However the initial cost of 1 switch was £9.11 with free postage. Messaged seller to explain why only patrtial refund and why I had to forfeit the return postage cost. In hindsight surely it would of been easier to send a replacement switch. The previous sent photo highlighted the damage.
