Makes good black pud
I was really surprised at the quality of the black pudding I made from this product,I always use fresh blood for black pudding at work and wanted to see if I could emulate its richness,smooth texture and palletability using dried product at home,I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the end product,very happy indeed
