Terms and conditions of the sale
By ordering you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and agreed to the incorporation of these Terms and Conditions into this transaction. This does not affect your statutory rights a consumer.
 
'Company' means Lindens Health and Nutrition Limited (registered in England & Wales 06385046) whose registered address is Unit 1 Calder Point, Wakefield, West Yorkshire, WF32 7AL United Kingdom. 'Customer' means the consumer as defined in the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977. 'Goods' means the products offered by the Company and those chosen by the Customer in this transaction.
 
 
Order
By submitting a completed order in eBay the Customer shall be deemed as placing an order with the Company. The Company shall confirm acceptance of the Customer's Order in writing and will supply the Goods to the Customer in accordance with the Customer's completed order. The Company reserves the right to refuse to supply orders but this does not affect the Customer's statutory rights.
 
Information
The Company provides information on the goods and its services in good faith. Errors and omissions on listings may be corrected by the Company. The customer may cancel the order with the Company and obtain a full refund if they have relied upon the error or omission.
 
Cancellation of Orders
The Customer may cancel the order within 10 days of delivery and must provide written details to the Company of the order. All returns shall be sent to the Company’s registered address. This returns policy does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights. Goods must be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition. Goods cannot be returned if the tamper-evident seal has been broken. The costs of returning the goods to the Company shall be borne by the Customer unless incorrect or faulty goods have been supplied or an error has been made by the Company. Refunds will be made to the customer’s Paypal account unless otherwise agreed between the customer and the Company. Refunds will only be processed on receipt of returned Goods by the Company.
 
Price and Delivery Charges
The price of the goods will be that indicated at the time of placing the order and will include Value Added Tax at the appropriate rate. VAT receipts will be supplied by the Company on written request. Delivery charges (usually for post and packing) will be as advised at the time of placing the order. Delivery will normally be made by Royal Mail standard services however the Company reserves the right to use other methods of delivery as it deems appropriate or as agreed with the customer.
 
Dispatch and Delivery
Your order will normally be dispatched to the address you have advised us of within the timescale specified in the product listing. Any delivery dates quoted will be approximate and are given in good faith and the Company will not be liable for any reasonable delay however caused. Overseas delivery times will vary and you should allow up to 21 days for delivery. We will advise you if a product is out of stock and will suggest an alternative product if one is available. Delivery charges will be as indicated on the product listing and will be advised at the time of ordering. If the Customer fails to take delivery of the Goods or gives the Company incorrect delivery instructions then the Company may store the Goods until delivery is made and charge the Customer for its reasonable costs re-delivery. The Company shall not owe the Customer any duty of care in this event.
 
Risk and Title
The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer on delivery or in the event of a delivery not being able to be made as a consequence of fault, negligence or omission on the customer’s part at the date delivery which would have been made in the absence of this fault, negligence or omission. Title to the goods remains with the Company until the Company has received in cleared funds the total contracted amount.
 
Warranties, Liability and Indemnity
The Company warrants that all Goods will correspond with the Order at the date of dispatch and will be free from defects at the time of delivery. In the event that the Company is in breach of this clause, the customer shall advise the Company in writing as soon as possible and in any event not later than 7 days after delivery other than when the defect was not apparent upon reasonable inspection. The Company will replace the defective goods or refund the price of the goods that are defective and this will be the extent of the Company’s liability.
 
Goods exported outside of the United Kingdom
The Customer shall be responsible for complying with any legislation or regulation governing the importation of the Goods into the country of destination and for the payment of any applicable duties.
 
Use of Goods
The Goods are sold as food supplements or as oils for external use and are warranted as being fit for this purpose only. Where the Company provides the Customer with information or advice to ensure that the Goods will be safe the Customer agrees to use the Goods in accordance with this information. Other than the Customer's statutory rights the Company shall not be liable for injury or loss suffered by the Customer where the Customer fails to follow the Company's conditions, recommendations or warnings. The Customer should seek medical advice if
they are in any doubt about their health condition and the suitability of the goods in this respect.
 
Data Protection and Privacy Policy
The Company will protect the Customer's privacy and data in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and any other applicable law or revisions. The Company shall not sell or share personal information with third parties except where legally obliged to do so by the relevant authorities. Credit card details supplied by the Customer will not be held by the Company but will be processed by Paypal whose terms and conditions will apply.
 
Jurisdiction
English law will apply to the contract and the English courts will have jurisdiction in the case of any dispute.

    For my dog

    I have purchased these for my dog who is nine years old and is now getting a little bit stiff after a long walk or if she goes swimming 🏊 so after a little research I’ve chosen these to see if they can help,as she has only been taking them for a couple of weeks it’s a bit too early to tell if they’ve made a great difference so watch this space. All signs are looking good so far.

    Good value for nearly a year's supply!

    I would say that Green Lipped Mussel tablets are a very good buy & highly recommended. Also, they do ease the pain of arthritis - for me anyway. Some health shops & chemists sell these at about £14 plus every two weeks - £28 per month = £336 per annum. So I have bought these thinking what a good buy they are. I have taken them now for just over a month & the pain of my arthritis has 80% gone. I can stand up now straight away without holding on to anything, whereas I used to have to hold on to the nearest arm rest or table to get me standing! For me they work - but may not work for everyone, but it's a positive step towards trying everything until finding the item that works for you!     My Painful hips and my dogs arthritis

    Absolutely fantastic product.I was getting tablets from the vets for my dog which had green lipped mussels in them but found he was still uncomfortable.Within a week of these tablets he's like a puppy again ( he's 10). As for my myself I haven't been this comfortable for years. Would definitely recommend them to others.Used this brand because it specifically said humans and animals.
