Initially I told the seller the item was to short (29" instead of 31"-35" as advertised additionally, the mouth piece was split 1cm and unfinished. It's my opinion that seller never inspected the item before shipping. They offer me a $20 refund to keep it but I declined. They allowed me to return the item which for some unknown reason never got to the seller. Now the return is closed and I'm out $122.00 for the item plus $18 to return this defective item. I've NEVER had issues until this!
