Err already gave feedback in case it didnt send .... looks like old new stock judging by packing works as well as previous unit but the swapping out of tubes need to be addressed a hinged lockable cage on one side ? Crystals 2x10W fluorescent tubes, electrical insect bug fly killer really works well, does the job. Placed in a darker area of kitchen, as recommended because too much light means it does not work as efficiently. A small zap noise when bugs hits! Very pleased with product, price and delivery.
