So I bought 6 of these hats, 5 of them worked great out of the box the 6th one didn't work straight out of the box, I messaged the seller to no avail. We bought 6 because a group of use were going to a concert and didn't want to lose one another. Guess we might lose one person.

Replied in less than 24 hours but they were not satisfied we're not available 24/7. Had replacement packed and set to dispatch. We are small business and unfortunately cannot be "on call" 24/7 like a large corporation with call centers overseas.
