The back to wall toilet came and at 1st was happy the toilet went in and when it was time to put the toilet seat on we noticed that it had been broken so I contacted the seller Who then advised that I should buy one for £20 as they were not willing to do anything about the fact that the toilet seat was broken. I showed evidence that the toilet seat came broken as it was still in the plastic wrapper. I have bought from this seller many times as I am a bathroom fitter who will never use him again

Sorry to hear there was a issue but this toilet seat was not reported damaged within 30 days of the sale, customer services offered a toilet seat as a gesture of goodwill at our cost price

Ordered a £160 shower set, arrived missing parts and cost me a plumber call out.
Then after the replacement (which looks different to advertised) arrived I book the plumber again, to find out the mounting kit is still incomplete. Was offered a partial refund which is of no use, as still have an unusable but very expensive kit at this point. But I didn’t decline it and haven’t actually received any refund at all. Avoid this seller.
