T Slot Cutting Bit
Initial review is I already burnt up the bit after 6 passes. Using it on the router table with a 2 hp Bosch router it worked with no smoke or burn. Put it in the Rigid palm router in one pass the bit burned up. I bought 4 of them so buyer Beware they require a high speed router or one with a lot of horsepower. I have the Dewalt 1 and 1/4 horse coming to test it out on the bit as well. Not sure I can update my finding then on here! There inexpensive so no biggie here on price. Some say to make the initial cut with a 1/4 bit first then use this bit. I did not do that on the router table and it worked fine. Just when I went free hand it burnt up. Getting the Dewalt for free hand work and will probably sell the Rigid.Initial review is I already burnt up the bit after 6 passes. Works great nice clean cuts. I prevent burn you need to cut 1/8 inch at a time until you reach to depth you want. Does nice clean cuts.
