Was not impressed by the DPD delivery driver who did not knock or ring the doorbell (despite us being at home) - we ended up having to make two trips up to the local parcel delivery store.
Have not opened the actual plastic packaging but having bought these pillows before believe them to be good.
The seller dispatched the items promptly just frustrated with the poor service of the DPD delivery driver - think this may be a common pattern as when speaking to the store staff they laughed & smiled
