    Not just a jar/bottle opener

    I already had one of these, so bought this as a spare to use in my mobile home, I not only use it for jars & bottles but also to help me undo the taps on gas bottles & outside water, they are very versatile for any stiff screw tops. I have bought many other types to do the job but this is the only one that works.

    I purchased 2 of these to open a jam jar In the picture these look big In reality they’re small - please see picture with a real jam jar I’ve now purchased a different style opener One which you screw under the wall cabinets

    effectiveness of product

    very difficult to get a proper grip - too slippery and required excessive hand grip to open. Not suitable for old hands. Very disappointed - may be good quality but didn't work as hoped. Regards Bob Campbell

    unsatisfactory !

    The opener is made of rubber, i found it wouldn't stay in place when i tried to open a jar of pickle , there is no leverage when using it on large lids , may be ok for bottle twist off caps

    RUBBISH !!!!

    Smaller than it looks in listing & made of hard material. the largest part will only fit a Colemans mustard jar, It wont even fit a jam pot without a struggle. TOTALLY USELESS AND A WASTE OF MONEY !!!!!!!!!!!
