      first do no harm

      its fine! not high end manu but not crappy either - hasnt fallen appart. dog didnt appreciate walking on it!!! takes getting used too, not sure it works but i havent chucked it and it doesnt harm. this acupuncture lover likes it to lie on while meditating horizontally

      Punishing

      I'm in two minds about this. Once you're on it, it's fine. Rather good in fact, but getting on to it [and off again] was my problem. And it isn't that I'm not flexible, it's simply that I found no way of getting on without having my total weight on a small area of my body which then pressed into the pointy bits and was utterly painful. Like I said, once you're on with your weight evenly distributed over the mat, it's fine, it's getting on and off that's the problem. I never solved it. It went to the charity shop in the end.

      Wow !!

      One of the best products I have ever bought ,great value for money ! It was not easy to start off with to be honest but for easier with time and now I can use it for my back as and when required that permanent aches and stiffness in my lower back is gone ,it’s very easy to clean and store ,if using around the neck be very careful as there are so many pressure points and nerves ,so use it gently and try not to press your neck against the acupressure pillow ,all in all great product and can do wonders for your body if used properly ! I will highly recommend it !

      Excellent quality, relieves tension

      I have neck and shoulder pain due to tension. I read about these mats and decided to buy this one. Apparantly these mats work by stimulating blood flow which can have a positive effect on painful areas. It is quite uncomfortable to lay down on initially but then it becomes relaxing and your back feels warm. I had read for the first few times to wear a t-shirt so that's what I did. I have also read you can start off doing small 5 minute sessions and build yourself up to longer session. I found it really relaxing so after my first few tries I started laying on it an hour at a time whilst watching Netflix. This mat and pillow seems to be the best price between eBay and Amazon. Delivery was quick. I would highly recommend.
