Flimsy hands
The clock looked amazing on the exterior of our stone cottage. The clock face is made from seemingly robust metal and easy to put up on the single fixing. BUT the hands are very thin and bounce in the wind....so much that they stuck together earlier this week so the clock stopped. Hence I wouldn’t recommend overall based on that first impression but hopefully it will last now moved.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Very poor quality !
Very poor quality would not survive outside!!! The hands are so loose/bouncy/flimsy they get interlocked by the slightest breeze. The metal is good on the clock face. The hands needed to be made thicker.....even the slightest breeze can bend them out of shape. If your looking for an outdoor clock avoid! Indoors maybe of better use!! The hands look like something you would buy from a pound store up close.... my kitchen tin foil has more resistance.

Looks good but cheap quality
Looks good when on the wall, particularly at a distance. However, it is very cheaply made and very lightweight. It does not come with any instructions, this should not be a problem as it very basic. The hour and minute hands are extreemley lightweight, not much more than thick tinfoil, the problem I have experienced because of this is that anything more than a light breeze causes the hands to either get stuck behind the dial or each other, this in turn causes the hands to warp and the very thin coating of gold paint on the hands to flake and come away from the surface of the hands. The clock is lovely and looks great on a wall outside.
It is still keeping time well after a few weeks. When I hung it, i was surprised to find it only had one hanger at the top, there is no fixing at the bottom to keep it secure, it would be a bit precarious in a windy site. The hands needing tweaking to allow them to pass each other after it was hung. But all in all for the price, I am very pleased :-)Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Out door wall clock
I purchased this large clock for my dinning room. I does state in description for indoor and outdoor. The clock it’s self looks stunning but the working of the clock is not great. The hands are very flimsy and catch on each other during the clocks rotation. I have had to bendthem outwards carefully to prevent catching but they go back into place. Cheap and not very cheerful, looks nice but does not tell you the time for very long
From a distance this looks quite nice but does not stand up to closer scrutiny. The hands have to be light-weight for the puny motor to drive them but they are very flimsy and the minute hand was not straight. It worked fine for a day or so but the locking nut is so weak it cannot hold onto the ticking minute hand and every time it comes around to the horizontal it now just stops moving and twitches pathetically.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Lovely clock BUT!

DECENT CLOCK WITH CHANGEABLE DESIGN FAULT
The clock is fine and keeps good time however one aspect should be changed to make the clock better If you look at clock photo, the fixing bracket is at 12Oclock and can be seen (between the X and the II) when the clock is hung I bent this bracket up which hides it behind the circular bar but to be fair, on a brand new clock the bracket position should already be altered with no need for the user to have to bend (and possibly break) what is essentially a new productVerified purchase: YesCondition: New
