I received this cake topper on time but it was broken from not being packaged properly, it should have been wrapped with bubble wrap inside the foam and it also looked like a very cheap version of the product photo. Should have only cost $5 not $25. I contacted the seller twice about a refund but they still haven't replied.

This item was ordered on the 18 dec exp delivery 22 arrived 2 january , up till the 22 it was still awaiting postage so opened a dispute .For 3 days nothing from seller then contacts me saying he has sent a new one well thats good i would hate to think you sent me a second hand one , truth is it was never posted until i raised a request with ebay had 5 days to use express postage to send and didnt will never use this seller for anything again worst seller i have delt with in 13 years on ebay .
