Dress was a little stretched and I notified seller immediately. After receiving back the dress in unworn condition, seller filed a claim in order to avoid refunding me. Claimed the dress smelled like perfume. I do not wear perfume. Ebay decided the case in my favor and issued full refund. The communication from beginning to end was very unpleasant and I do not recommend this seller.

Buyer hesitated with payment and later made a false claim about the dress condition. The dress is in excellent condition as described. Never had any issues with my buyers as this was the first time for me dealing with a dishonest claim. Ebay decided in buyer's favor because of their guarantee policy and the buyer is clearly abusing it.
