Note: Not a long term review. Width 43mm - 1 11/16". Height 8mm. (tapered/angled like a normal nut) Depth 5cm. String Spread 7.5mm c$c. PROS: Same size as a normal nut, however it's radiused, rather then being taller on one side for the heavy strings. Nice, if you want to really dial in individual string height for optimum action. Easy install. I used very very tiny toothpick dibs of "shoe goo" between 3 screw spots. Shoe goo freaken sticks to everything, and I thought it will work better than superglue, or epoxy which is a mess. Don't get scared, it is doubtful your screws will go low enough to reach the wood. (the screws go through the nut) However, if they do, the screws are so small, you can probably make some small divots with a screw driver tip, or a drill bit, (without the drill!, by hand) before gluing this into place. CONS: The screws are going to move during string changes, changing your height adjustments. I'm going to put a toothpick dib of rubber cement in the screw slots to hold them once the guitar is setup. I should be able to jar them loose easily should I want to make some changes. The string sits right on the adjustment screws for this nut. Which means, strings have to be loosened to lift the string, then the adjustment made, then tuning to check the string. Takes a while... And a bit of a pain. So far I've had no string bind at the nut, or movement when tuned to E. (have not tried it with down tunings) I put this on a Korean Dean/Les Paul wannabe with 14" radius, and it works very well. It does stick out at each end about a half a mm. (not a problem for me) This ended up spreading my strings out to 7.5mm c$c, which I really like. I only cheated my outside strings to the edge of the fingerboard by a half a mm, which worked out just fine for me Hope this helps.Read full review

I got tired of compensated nuts (didn't work with PRS!). I wanted a nut that is not too low or too high. This deal is simply great, you save bunch of money with this, because you don't have to go to luthier. Only one negative thing - For PRS there is not enough space to lower the strings for higher and lower E. This can be solved by shortening the screw itself.

The product it's awesome, it's small for a Gibson 70's tribute (it's similar to a traditional) but I fixed the issue with some paper on the base. Improves the sound a lot and it's really easy to mount.
