Just a Great Sourdough Starter!
It is Great starter, grows like crazy once you feed it. I was able to make 2 x 500g breads in just ONE day! (from 1st feeding to ready bread in 12 hrs!). Included manual explain clearly how to take care of it and how to use. I've used it with 50/50 spelt flour with amazing effect. To speed it up I've added large spoon of organic honey in to dough and placed in oven set at 35C. I believe I could make it better and faster as it was my 1st time. Great for making sourdough and brines
Thank you, it's very active after a few feedings. And performs very well with multiple types of flours like: Spelt, Rye, Einkorn and Wheat. I have also used it for overnight fermented oats and for brine apples both of which turned out great.

So glad I found this.
I wanted a starter that had been made from just rye flour, not white, and was so pleased when I found this. The starter arrived within 5 days (free postage) and I knew straight away it was a good one as I’d previously made one myself - not very successfully. I ‘fed’ it as required and it was bubbling and full of vitality. Within a few hours it had risen beautifully and I went on to make a lovely sourdough loaf.
