Please don’t waste your money on these cases!!! I have ordered two now and both times they have turned up they are faulty! Nothing turning on and they won’t accept charge at all! No lights illuminate when pressing the charge button and nothing illuminated when plugging it in to charge! This is very time consuming and frustrating as every time you then have to go through the returns policy with eBay and take it somewhere to be posted back! SORT IT OUT SELLER!

You did not return the item back and you anticipated a refund. This is not our policy or eBay's policy. It is not in our interest to sell a faulty item because it just ends up costing us more. All these power pack are tested and charged before shipping them out. We have communicated with you have so far have NOT recieved this item back!
