Amazing Ginger! Honestly the most wholesome I've ever tasted, rich and deep flavour. Highly recommended. This is an amazing company and I am buying more spices an foods as I type. Thank you so much for the amazing work you are doing in making these products of super quality affordable. Buying many things in larger amounts like kg's becasue it is so cost effective and a massive saving compared to places like holland and barret. Absolutely enthralled at the service and quality of food from here. Also got some turmeric, which was also the best, will leave a review for that also.Amazing Ginger! Convenient way to get the goodness of ginger
I make a drink with honey and milk. More potent than fresh ginger root. Dried ginger is more potent in one of the two health giving constituents of ginger (forgotten it's name), while fresh ginger has a higher concentration of the other (Gingerol). I chew pieces of ginger root for nausea but dried makes a better tea in my opinion. Worth adding to kitchen for both making teas and also cooking.

Been using ginger for years and love it. I use it to add to gravies, cakes and make a drink of it hot with honey or cold with sugar or honey and add to sparkling water. Very good for inflammation, sore throat etc. A little sharp at first so use amount comfortable to drink. Recommended
