    The aerial (note the correct spelling Digitalis) is well made and about half the size of a full aerial - which is perfect for my loft installation. Cable is connected to the aerial via a threaded F type TV plug (so it can't be pulled out) but I didn't have one (only the common push fit version). I have ordered a female to male adaptor from Amazon at £2.50 to enable it to work with my push plugged cable. Couple of days for delivery so very happy.

    Item as described and quick delivery. The antenna was only packaged in a large jiffy envelope so unfortunately it was a bit bent on one element but not enough to damage the aluminium and I easily straightened it up. Perhaps it might be better to wrap the item in bubble wrap or use a sturdy cardboard box instead of an envelope.

    Absolutely amazing. Not even the expensive electrical powered indoor arial I have could give 50% signal when I plugged it in to the external socket, but this arial hit 100% as soon as I installed and turned it on. Every channel was installed to perfect working order, no flicker, no fault. Astonishing. I need to find out if this arial will work indoors too so I can kit out the house.

    error in assembly illustration

    it works very well, however the picture illustrating the assembly is not correct. The long rod supplied is called the reflector, the folded loop diploe assembly (also supplied) is the active element and the rest of the frame contains the directors. The antenna is called a yagi design, The long rod and active folded loop are illustrated in the wrong positions, the long rod (reflector) should be placed at the back of the folded loop. The hole positions are correct for a yagi configuration with the correct sizes for the reflector, director rods and the active loop. Look up on google for the correct layout and spacings for a yagi tv antenna.

    A great little Aerial

    I was slightly reticent on seeing the size of this aerial when comparing its size with others on our road considering I was installing it in the loft. However any doubts we’re unfounded as it is a great little aerial picking up all available Freeview channels Coupled with this there is only a couple of parts to assemble. I can therefore definitely recommend this product.
