    Lovely crackles!

    I've seen this product used in decoupage tutorials on YouTube and it's difficult to find in the US. I did get some and gave it a try. When it works, it looks terrific! The cracks are very fine and look very natural. But it doesn't work every time, which is the downside. I'd give it 5 stars if it worked more often than not, but for me it's been half and half.

    Gorgeous product

    This product gives the most beautiful results but you might have to run a hair dryer over it to make the cracks pop. But then they are sooo gorgeous. Very fine cracks just like the name says.

    not impressed, too fine and glossy

    as a retired art teacher, got this for a friend against advice, its pricey, crackles so fine you hardly see them and has a big gloss finish...the polyvine one stage stuff is better or pva or weathered wood glaze.

    Aged a canvas print

    I bought this product to give a canvas print some age. I applied first bottle to the canvas and let it dry, to then applied the second bottle, The crackle varnish and dryed in front of a radiator.. after an hour crackle started to appear.. I then rubbed over with pentart patina, a separate product to add age.. the Finnish is amazing, it now looks over 100 years old.
