The missing parts from the C4 rebuild kit that you ordered were the two band nuts, the band nuts are supplied in the gasket & seal kit which are assembled & packed/sealed from US manufacturers (Transtec or Precision).
Without question i Express Posted two band nuts once you notified me.
As you are unhappy with my level of service i would suggest you seek other suppliers.
