We explained to you the delay in postage was the bank holiday weekend. You then sent some ‘cock & bull’ message for other items, but didn’t like the delay in postage. This was after we gave you an explanation. You then said the product had leaked on arrival. We use leak proof bottles for obvious reasons. So we cast doubt on this comment.
