It was missing a headrest, which was supposed to be included. A brief email exchange caused them to send the headrest attachment. These folks were very easy to deal with and a credit to eBay. Also, I couldn’t figure out how to use one of the controls once the chair was assembled, I messaged and got a reply right away first thing in the am.
