Shipping:

We are committed to your satisfaction; we inspect every item prior to dispatch to ensure that it reaches our own high standard of quality, and that you receive the item as described. We normally dispatch items 1-2 working days after cleared payments (Unless otherwise stated)

Dispatched using Parcel Companies Recorded Deliveries. This service means that most items are delivered 1 - 2 business days after dispatch.

To keep the delivery cost YOU pay to a minimum, one man delivery companies are used, so on occasions the driver may well require some assistance moving a heavy item for you. If necessary boxes can be opened on the vehicle and the components checked and unloaded individually. Signatures will be required with each method of delivery.

When applicable, we will provide you via email any online tracking available and an indication of what day you can expect your delivery, this of course is subject to delivery companies services of which we have no control over. Our carriers have a 97% delivery on time success rate, with the remainder generally arriving the following day. In the real world, this is very good, but should a delivery go awry, our Customer Services team will of course endeavour to assist, however we will not be held liable for any delivery delays should they occur, as no guarantees are implied.

Our packaging and postage charges reflect the cost of packaging materials and the costs of our time preparing your item for dispatch and reasonable delivery costs.

Where UK Destinations are quoted this covers UK Mainland addresses only and may exclude some Northern most postcodes. For destinations outside UK Mainland please "Ask the seller" for a quotation prior to bidding.

Failures & damage due to incorrect use or other causes are not covered under warranty, but most parts are stocked & can be purchased at very reasonable prices.

Parcel was delivered by parcel force, all of the box was torn, I told the delivery driver to take a picture, and he did as this was not good practice, it looked like the box had been mishandled and was torn. Will have to fully check over the weekend to ensure no parts have gone missing.
