Arrow pointing at I because the PROBLEM was ME! Lol! Turned it on and IMMEDIATELY I could turn my Mitsubishi HS-U447 laptop on and off. Once I opened my mind I found out how to set the channels. (Ya gotta READ the instructions) Seller STILL needs to take the money out of my account. Highly recommend this seller, folks!

However, the seller was gracious about returning it.  I am confident that my refund will come after the seller rechecks the product for any possible shipping damage. Warning to buyers of used projectors: don’t go by the picture for the size! Get the manufacturers dimension specs if it’s not included in the eBay description!
