Shipping materials could have been better, one of the wheels of the chair was poking through the cardboard box and had some scuffs. However, I was able to remove those and there was no damage so it was not a huge problem. I am grateful to be able to purchase this item at a fraction of the cost of buying it new, it's better for my budget and the environment. Overall very happy and would recommend this seller.
