No discount offered or free delivery to make up for this huge error, so I had to do a 3 hour round trip first thing this morning to collect as my fitter is here today!!!!! Keiran has been an absolute nightmare, arrogant, condescending & argumentative when an apology & compensation would of really helped. Trevor this morning was great - such a shame for horrendous service as I’ve tons to buy!

By 10:30 am, there was still no sign of it, so I decided to act as Mr Holmes and do some sleuthing, my parcel was a bus stop away. On foot, I spotted the courier on his rounds, my parcel was on board, got a lift home, (heavy item), he scanned to complete delivery. Flooring was as described well packaged and great value! Hallelujah 🙏
