    Just received this item. So far my printer has not rejected it. The print report came out as good as when the printer was new! I tried printing a page from my phone and it printed out ok. I'm very pleased. The 3rd party print head that I purchased played up and stopped the printer working. I will send it back for refund. I'm seriously considering buying another print head as offered with discount so I have one in stock.

    New printhead worked out of the box

    Somewhat binary questions about value and quality but, though I had reservations on whether an original product or not, the printhead installed and worked right out of the box and has continued working ever since. Print quality is excellent and no error messages from the machine.

    Just what I needed, 100% compatible.

    I was unsure if my HP Photosmart 7510 e all in one had given up the ghost, as it was giving up a printhead error. Initially I got a cheapo Chinese refurb just to confirm it was the printhead. This did work, but the magenta gun was not working. Really pleased with this purchase, it arrived in very good time, was well packaged in its original packaging, and is 100% compatible with my printer. If I get a few more years use out of it I will be well pleased.

    Black prints again
