These are good quality skins .
These skins worked well for me while stuffing sausages and also add a nice flavor to the finished product . I would always use a natural skin for this job , have the best for just a few more pence , it's worth it .

Home made sausages
Synthetic skins split and they are generally too small for a kitchen meat grinder requiring too much pressure to fill easily. These are the right size for the machine and they don't split very often. They do the job they were bought to do and that's all you can really ask of a sausage skin.
