HP/Aruba gear represents fantastic value in the second hand market. You get enterprise quality and stability for much more affordable price. Sure, there are a few downsides: despite being one of the quietest HPE switches, it still is a bit loud. It is clearly intended for server rooms, not for office spaces. It is also missing a few modern features: power delivery is limited to 17W per port (so realistically you cannot chain PoE powered switches out of it) and it is missing Time Domain Reflectometry to test the cables. Otherwise it is a great piece of equipment and I strongly recommend getting second-hand HPE switches instead of new low-tier equipment.
