Whilst Zeb were good on delivery & comms, plus correct product, unfortunately 3 attempts, each delivered 3 unusable broken toner cartridges. They were honourable as there was no quibble with a refund. If had been usable, would have been positive, but negative is unfair as they did try, resend & ultimately a refund.

Not only was it an amazing price. I thought they’d sent the wrong one. They hadn’t. I didn’t know how to install the new toner correctly. Within minutes they had recognised the problem and very kindly sent me the correct installation procedure. And they did this in a bank holiday Monday. Now that is service. Can highly recommend.

I have used this seller before and would again. I thought there was going to be a problem as I ordered the XSG version but received the ELS. I emailed them and they replied immediately saying it would still work the same but I may have to turn the printer on and off a few times. I then had problems installing it. Again they replied immediately with advice and it worked fine. Excellent customer service.
