Der Verkäufer war sehr freundlich und hat mir alle Fragen beantwortet. Beim Versand / Zustellung hatte ein Betrüger so getan, als hätte die Zustellung bei mir zuhause nicht funktioniert. Ich hatte die Sendung zum Hermes Shop geordert, also nicht nach zuhause. Ich sollte nun telefonisch oder per Mail Kontakt aufnehmen, wer mir diese Aufforderung zusendete, konnte nicht klar ermittelt werden. Weder der Verkäufer noch Hermes war dafür verantwortlich. Achtung Betrugsmasche!!!
