For very small eggs!
We were wanting to hatch bantam Perkins, so bought this ring for our incubator. Unfortunately the eggs are too big to fit properly side by side in the holes on the ring. Because of this, the automatic turning doesn't work. Not a big deal - we have been turning the eggs manually. Worth knowing that this ring would be better suited to quail eggs though. Interestingly enough, I have since found comments online from people having exactly the same problem.
