    Worst experience for ovwr 10 years on E bay. I paid for item and shipping costs, seller not providing tracking number,sent 3 times in 10 days message asking for tracking number, after third message they reply that shipping is costing more than what was stated and I paid for (20€). After few days they found way to send package.After two weeks tracking was showing item delivered,when I check,it was sent back to them. Requsted refund of money. See attached screen shoot of conversation.

    il cliente purtroppo NON HA COMPRESO che la sua residenza e il luogo di destinazione della merce si trovano in una zona disagiata e le tariffe di spedizione erano ESAGERAMENTE ALTE. chiaramente abbiamo subito detto che potevano annullare o fare l'integrazione di prezzo, lui non ha voluto integrare e dopo giorni e giorni siamo riusciti a trovare un metodo di spedizione che IN TEORIA poteva far consegnare il pacco a prezzi ragionevoli, è stato comunque regolarmente rimborsato. feedback senza senso
