We have 30 days return policy from the date the item is delivered with following term and conditions.
You are purchasing the Goods as a consumer. We have selected our products on the basis that they will be used for leisure use only. In relation to business users, we do not accept liability for the fitness of goods for business purposes, nor do we accept liability for loss of use of the item nor any loss over and above the cost of the item in the event of a claim for breach of warranty or condition. If you purchase the Goods for any business purpose including for re-sale, we will not be liable for any business losses, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of business opportunities, loss of management time, loss of business data or losses due to interruption of your business.
Please note that you need to return the item(s) to us within 30 days from the date you received the item, including any free gifts or promotions received with the goods you are returning. You are responsible for the goods until they are restored to us, and must ensure you take reasonable care of them, returning them to us at your expense unsoiled, unused and in their original packaging (including any sealed packaging if applicable).
Please Make sure the item is Cleaned and is in the same condition as it was delivered, the item must not be used but can be try on with reasonable care to make sure it doesn't get any Horse/Dogs hair, Mud, dirt or any marks from the other objects ,Once the order has been safely returned to us, we will inspect and process it for refund to your original payment method as soon as possible (usually 1-2 working days) for the cost of the goods.
 
Returning an unwanted item for refund:
 
please start return through Ebay and you will Get relevant paperwork to enclose with the item to send it back to us. if in any case you are not able to print off the return labels then enclose note sating your Ebay order number and reason for returning the item, once we receive the item back, we will check and process refund within 1-2 working days.
Returning the item for exchange:
Please send the item back to our return address with order number and reason for returning the item we will exchange it accordingly. If the item is not available in the same colour then available colours will be offer, upon confirmation that will be sent instead
 
Faulty Goods
If you feel that a product is faulty, please stop using it immediately and contact us with your concern. If you continue to use the product after discovering a fault, it will be deemed that you have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Please follow the same returns procedure as above, but do not return the item to us until we have contacted you about it. We will either ask you to send the item back to us or arrange for the item to be collected .If sending the goods back yourself please ensure that the item is adequately insured as we are unable to compensate for lost or damaged parcels. Once we receive the item back on inspection we find the goods to be defective, we will refund the purchase cost of the goods and postage to you. We reserve the right to seek the opinion of the manufacturer of the goods or another knowledgeable party, prior to a decision being met if it is not clear that the goods are faulty or have been damaged due to misuse or neglect. It may take up to 28 days to process your return, but we will do our best to rectify the matter as quickly as possible. If the goods are found to be perfect and in full working order, or have been damaged as a result of misuse or neglect, then you would be liable for any costs we have incurred and the cost of returning the item to you.

Shipped fast, had a hick-up as I ordered a cob and pony but received 2 cobs, seller has been extremely helpful and willing to help. They sent me the pony size in time for the show, and offered to pay for the return of the wrong one, they have been fast to message me back, and rung to double check details.
