The items didn’t meet my expectations because it wasn’t shipped in the allotted time stated. Once I received the item, I realize that it was open and banded together with rubber bands and squished in a small box that was damaged. The item was not new as stated in the description. On top of that the item was set to expire in one month. I had to reach out to the seller twice to get a return started. The seller left me a nasty message because I wanted to return the item.
