    Seller was not marked as away. I purchased an item advertised as "just in time for Mother's Day." I messaged the seller asking when the item will be shipped since the holiday is approaching. The seller replied saying he is out of the country and couldn’t ship. I expressed disappointment and asked when it would ship. He said May 11, which I would’ve been okay with. But before I could respond, the order was immediately canceled. The cancellation felt abrupt and poorly handled.
