I ordered this on the 28th of November as a Christmas gift and was told it had shipped. After 11 days I contacted her and was told me that the package was lost and she would see if she had another to ship. She said she would keep me posted and I did not get an update but instead a refund on the 15th of December. When I went into the tracking on eBay it said that a tracking number had been created but that no package had been received. A lot too to late to try and find something else in time.

I apologize for the misunderstanding. As you know once the package is gone, I have no control over shipping mishaps through 3rd party services. My advisement was that I would check to see "if" I had another item but understand that not responding after searching was my error. I hope that if I do find another one that we can get it to your sister for another special day. Thank you for the feedback, always appreciate the additional information.
